Noble Hops

So what is a "Noble Hop"? The female flower of the hop plant is used to give beer its bitterness and aroma. A "noble hop" is a group of hop varieties typified by their mild bitterness and high aroma. Also, members of the Brewmeisters Unit are referred to as "Noble Hops"!
