Third mash resulted in 1.4-gallons of wort at SG 1.010.
Overall result 5.8-gallons at SG 1.053
Boil
4-gallons boiled for 1-hour. Pellet hops added in loose for the duration.Fermentation
6/5/2010, yeast started6/6/2010, wort allowed to cool in primary fermenter and yeast pitched.
6/8/2010, SG down to 1.008.
6/10/2010, transferred to glass carboy for secondary fermentation.
6/19/2010, priming sugar added and beer bottled.
